international/Romanian (1.35 -> 1.38)
小林です。
international/Romanian を原文に追従させました。
査読をお願いいたします。
legiferate という単語が英辞郎に載っていなく、
意味が分からなかったので (他の辞書は調べていないのですが…… ;-p )、
leg- と -ate から「法律に定める」と適当に訳しています。
他は大した変更ではありません。
