what lead you to do the change と，to change じゃなくて to do the
change と強調の do が入っているので，以下の案を出してみます．
案の内訳は，the change を「その変更」とした，「至る/経緯」と重語する
ことで強調の面を出してみた，「重要なのは…○○と，□□です」の語順は
ちょっと英文和訳じみているので変更してみた，の3種類．

changelog では，その変更に至った経緯はもちろん重要ですが、変更内容の
説明も重要です。
