原文についてなのですが、RSS というものの性質上、a personal rss to mail
conversion utility の personal は utility にかかっている (Plagger のよ
うなものを想定している) はずで、a personal RSS-to-mail conversion
utility と書くほうがいい気がするところです……。で、それを踏まえてなの
ですが、訳のほうも personal が utility にかかっていることを強調して、

……rss から メールへの
変換ユーティリティを個人的に準備したりすることなく……

ではどうでしょうか?
