cvs.debian.org (and its webwml repo) moved to Alioth

cvs.debian.org (と webwml レポジトリ) が Alioth へ移動

 cvs.debian.org has been moved away from gluck.debian.org, its new home is
 alioth.debian.org with all the other version control system. This
 concerns mainly committers to the webwml repository (the website) since
 the associated SSH host key has changed and the password to use is the
 alioth's one (and not the one from Debian's official LDAP).

cvs.debian.org が gluck.debian.org から引っ越しました。
新しい場所は、その他全てのバージョン管理システムを持っている alioth.debian.org です。
関連する SSH ホスト鍵が変更されたのと、パスワードが (Debian の公式 LDAP から利用されるのではなく) alioth のパスワードを使うようになる為、主に webwml リポジトリ (ウェブサイト) に変更をコミットする人にこの変更の影響があります。
