ここでの文脈では、「可用性」は適切ではない気がします。
新しいツールが導入された、ということですから、「〜が利用できる状態に
なっています」→「利用できます」とか。

「版」はちょっと大げさかも？ 「用」だけにしてもいいかもしれません。
