原因と思われるもの： Intel Core i5-460M（Arrandale）に内蔵されている Intel HD Graphics は、*物理的（ハードウェア仕様レベル）に WebGL2 の必須要件を満たしていない可能性が高く *Chromiumのバージョン更新に伴いGPUブロックリスト（ハードウェアアクセラレーションの無効化対象）へ 追加され、WebGL2機能が制限された可能性が高いと思われます。 *回避策としては、 *ChromiumのGPUブロックリストを無効化が簡単ですよ。
*chromium --ignore-gpu-blocklist --enable-unsafe-webgl --use-gl=desktop *
