ソースツリー上の debian/controlでは、

Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}

としています。それで、出来た .deb を dpkg-deb -c で controlを抜き出すと

Depends: libc5 (>= 5.4.0-0)

となっています。

termcap-compat も control に入っていませんし、自分で netmaj コンパイル用に
.debをでっちあげた、termcap-2.0.8 も入っていません。

それなら、自分で termcap-compat を追加すべきでしょうか？
＃ 個人的には、termcap-compatに依存させちゃうのは、どうも
