で、今になってあれですが、emacs20-wnn6 というのは GPL に反している
と思うのですが、どうなんでしょう?

GPLによると

 3. You may copy and distribute the Program ....
   次のどれか
   a) ソース一式と配布しろ
   b) 3年ソースを保持して要求があればひきわたせ
   c) ソースをどこから入手できるか示せ

  The source code for a work means the preferred form of the work for
  making modifications to it.  For an executable work, complete source
  code means all the source code for all modules it contains, plus any
             ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
  associated interface definition files, plus the scripts used to

  a special exception, the source code distributed need not include

なので emacs20-wnn6 は wnn6 SDK のライブラリのソースがないとGPL的に
まずいと思います。wnn6 SDK はどうかんがえても例外としてあげられている 
major component ではありません。
# 特に Debian の場合は major component はすべて Open Source のはずなので
# その場合もソースが入手できるようになっていないとおかしい。

wnn6 SDKのソースを配布できない以上、我々は emacs20-wnn6 なbinaryを
配布できないと思います。 GPLをやぶっていることになります。
# non-free ですらない。

どうなんでしょう? 私の解釈はまちがっているんでしょうか?

mule+wnn6 を配布している人に「ソース一式くれ」といえば
手にはいるのか?
