* This version is for Debian JP, because I (T.K.) am not an official
maintainer in Debian Project yet.
* Canna-invoking-key for nvi-m17n-canna is changed from ^O to ^k
(i.e. Ctrl-K) (to avoid double-booking when using nvi-m17n-canna
in kterm).
* Setting for canna-invoking is apparently written in dot.emacs.pl.
* Settings for nvi-m17n-canna and nvi-m17n is done by using function
(in .bashrc) and alias (in .cshrc) and multiple .nexrc files
(.nexrc, .nexrc-m17n, .nexrc-m17n-canna).
* Each dot.* file can have a message which is shown when user-ja-conf
is invoked.
* Japanese man page is updated.
* Messages are changed which are displayed when user-ja-conf finishes.
