[debian-devel:10276] I18N Document (Re: Tcl-ja/Tk-ja ...)

出してから、-devel のほうがいいかなと思いました。

devel@org で、I18N にかんしてまとめたものがあったら勉強になるんだけど、
という話がありました。私はそのとき、ちょうど、私達が持っている知識や
問題意識をまとめて @org の人達に分かってもらえたらなあ、と思って
ちょっとだけ書き始めていたところでした。
そこで、名乗りを挙げることにしました。

とりあえず、日本語版を書いているところです。それができたら
devel@jp に載せます。それをつっついて、英訳したら、devel@org
に持って行きたいと思っています。

全世界の人々に読んでもらいたいドキュメントになるし、それに、
いろんな言語を使う人の意見も取り入れたいので、JP での議論は
そこそこにして、早く @org に持って行きたいと思っています。
おそらく、Debian Documentation Project または "開発者のコーナー"
で、Web を使って公開/改良していくことになるとおもいます。

いま考えている全体構成は、次のようなものです。

2. では、教科書的なことを述べた後、2.6. が世界中の人に
contribute してほしい箇所になります。

2.5. は、いまのところ、からっぽです。

3. 4. あたりが、中心的な内容になります。しかし、具体的な
プログラム例は、ありません。(私にはその能力が無い)。

5. は、とりあえず、wchar_t を使いなさいとだけ書いてあります。
間違ったことを書くよりは、からっぽにしておいたほうがいいかも。

6. も、からっぽです。

7. は、いろんな事例を紹介する章にしたいと思っています。
とりあえず、私が唯一取り組んだ例として、minicom の
quick hacking を取り上げたいと思っています。といっても、
たんに 8bit clean にしただけなんですが...
ここも、世界中からの contribution を期待したい箇所です。
