[debian-devel:11015] Why is not the doc-linux-ja package upgraded?

Hello.
I'm a Japanese, and joinning JF Project.
I'm waiting to entry the Debian Project Developer.
JF Project (http://www.linux.or.jp/jf/) is the project
that creates/translates Linux HOWTO in Japanese.

Why don't you make the new package based on
the latest JF archives?
This *bug* was registered in Aug 3:
Bug#42394 doc-linux-ja: New package available.
Debian JP Project members already sent the similar mail.

Debian JP Project have been the new package that have been
maintained by Hidenobu NABETANI <nabe@debian.or.jp>.
You can get from:
