dvipsk自体が本当にGPLで保護されているなら、パッチはGPLじゃな
くても構いませんが、パッチを適用した生成物についてはGPLで保
護されるはずです。つまり、パッケージとしてはGPLになるはずで
すね。

GPL より

ただ、READMEに

とあって、Karl Berryが書いた部分だけGPLで、残りはin the PDと
読めるのが問題ですね。# そんなことできるのかな？
