こういう場合 apt-get source に --compile オプション
とかあるらしいので、ソースパッケージだけにして提供
(つまり *.deb 以外)するというようなことは可能性ない
のでしょうか？

知ってる範囲でも pine とか、ちょっと違うかもわかり
ませんが qmail とかゴタゴタしてるようなので。
