香田です。ふと気になったのですが、

佐野さんのご努力で gs の日本製ドライバが大体(？) GPL
なことが確認できたのだと理解してますが、そうなると
逆に gs-aladdin-vflib 場合に問題になったりはしない
のでしょうか？

現在の gs-aladdin-vflib 5.10 は実際はフリー版だと
しても(そういう訳には行かない？)一般論としてです。
例えば gs-aladdin-vflib 5.50 を考えるとすると、日本製
ドライバは(引用は gs-aladdin 5.50 から)

# with GPL (they cannot be linked with gs-aladdin, since
# the aladdin license in not compatible with GPL).
#gnu-support=1 

と同じようにデフォルトでは組込まないようにするので
しょうか？

# あるいは gs-aladdin-vflib 5.10 もそうすべきだった？？？

また

というような記述を見ると LGPL が良いのでしょうか？
