packaging-manual-ja 3.1.1.1-2 -> 3.1.1.1.1 into dists/potato-jp/main/binary-all/doc
 packaging-manual-ja (3.1.1.1.1) unstable; urgency=low
 .
 * Correct Version name to be an Debian native package.
 3.1.1.1 is original version number and extra 1 is Debian JP's.
 * To bypass the debiandoc-sgml 1.1.38 error (BUG#54389), added the
 _sub sani of Texinfo.pm to
 /usr/lib/debiandoc-sgml/lib/DebianDoc_SGML/Format/HTML.pm, and
 _sub_c turned to Texinfo.pm's one.  Threrefore, you can't make correct
 HTML by debiandoc-sgml 1.1.38 from the source of this package.
