 * Get permission from the original author that we may apply the patches but
 we should change the version number from 1.22 to 1.22DebianJP to clarify
 this situation.
 * Also we provide the patches applied in the directory
 /usr/share/doc/mnews/patches to clarify the changes.
 * Adopt CVS again for 1.22 series.
