[debian-devel:12232] New Debian JP Packages

These packages were installed into the Debian JP hierarchy in the
yesterday:

----- Low Urgency Packages --------------

lynx-ja    - Text-mode WWW Browser with NLS support.
lynx-ja 2.8.2-1.4 -> 2.8.3-1 into dists/woody-jp/main/binary-i386/web
 lynx-ja (2.8.3-1) unstable; urgency=low
 .
 * New Upstream Release
 * po/fr.po causes errors so we replace it with that of lynx 2.8.3pre.7
 * Change lynx*.cfg files so that lynx.cfg is for English and generate
 lynx-ja.cfg for Japanese.  Accordingly change lynx script a bit.

ptex-jisfonts - Provide an environment of jis.tfm and jisg.tfm for pTeX/dvips
ptex-jisfonts 1-1 -> 1-1.1 into dists/woody-jp/main/binary-all/tex
 ptex-jisfonts (1-1.1) unstable; urgency=low
 .
 * Provide jisftconfig script for setting of /etc/texmf/vfontmap.

okumura-clsfiles - Modified jclasses.dtx of ASCII pLaTeX.
okumura-clsfiles 1-1 into dists/woody-jp/non-free/binary-all/tex
