 * Remove translation using %-trick in info command.

 * Documents are updated since some of mentioned packages are updated
 and the contents of the documents is obsolete.  The obsolete package
 names (emacs-dl-{canna,wnn}-20.5a) in script support.ja.pl are also
 modified.
