dvipdf にバグレポート投げてフォントパッケージが
自由に foo.map を登録できるようにしてもらえました。

というような仕組になったようです(未確認)。

少くとも ptex-jisfonts は恩恵にあずかれそうですので
よろしくお願いします＞大浦さん。

# 見てないので怪しいですが txfonts/pxfonts なども
# 利用できるような気がします。
