その後、「OpenI18N Locale Name Guideline」としてVersion 1.1
(March 11, 2003)がリリースされているようです。

ところで、以前ja_JP.ujisからja_JP.eucJPへ移行する際には修正が必要
なパッケージがあった気がするのですが、LANG=ja_JP.EUC-JPでの動作は
どうなのでしょうか。
