[debian-devel:17706] xfonts-efont-unicode のアップデート

　やまねです。

　xfonts-efont-unicode が最新版になっていなかったので、debhelper7 の練習
　を兼ねて更新してみました。mentors に上げましたので、適宜取捨選択いただ
　ければ幸いです。

Control files: lines which differ (wdiff format)

xfonts-efont-unicode (0.4.2-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
  * Standards-Version: 3.8.3 
  * add myself to uploaders and "DM-Upload-Allowed: yes"
  * move section from x11 to fonts
  * drop "Suggests: xfs | xserver"
  * switch to source format 3.0 (quilt)
  * use debhelper7 and clean up rules and other files
  * add debian/watch file.
