<kbd>binary</kbd> ターゲットによってバイナリパッケージを構築する際
に標準的に使用される一時的ディレクトリです。パッケージ構築の際は、
<code>tmp</code> ディレクトリがファイルシステムツリーのルートになり
ます。(例えば、パッケージに付属する makefile の install ターゲット
を使用するときや、出力をリダイレクトする場合です)。また、
<code>DEBIAN</code> サブディレクトリを含みます。
