bug のマニュアルには目を通したつもりでしたが，まだ知らないことが
一杯かいてありました．日本語はやっぱりいいですね．
ほとんど，言い回し修正です．

bug は，システム上で不具合のあるパッケージのバージョンを調べる．

コマンドラインから問題の説明を入力しなかった場合は，エディタ
( $VISUAL もしくは $EDITOR 環境変数、又はデフォルト の editor(1) )が
起動し，送信するバグ報告に説明を入力する．
バグ報告文に変更がなかった場合は，バグ報告を送信しない。

bug は，メールアドレスとして，username@ '/etc/mailname' を自動生成し
送信します．ですから，regular username は，Internet E-mail address の
一部です．というわけで，'正規の' で正しいです．

bug にメールアドレスを自動生成されると困る人 (Dial up PPP ユーザーとか)は，
環境変数 EMAIL に 自分の正規のアドレスと設定しましょう．
