ありがとうございます。
中野さんのパッチをあてて、esecanna 関連の記述についてちょっと追加した
ものを、

おお、ご指摘ありがとうございます。思いきりくっついてましたね。「てにを
は」のない言語でくっついちまったら話になりませんね^^;

Debian JP Weekly News 10/18/1999 - 10/25/1999
This is the recent news [10/18/1999 - 10/25/1999] from Debian JP
Project. The prefix below such as debian-users, debian-devel,
debian-doc and jp-policy, jp-qa indicates the ML on the debian.or.jp
respectively.

JP Merge Operation (continued)
The implementation of multi-lingual description has been discussed
around [4]here. "One single file" approach seems not so good, "a file
per language" approach would be reasonable. Taketoshi Sano provided
information about debian-boot; implementation of this scheme on
console-apt was preferable, rather than on dselect.
[5]Bug#48120 was posted. It was found as a result of the [6]analysis
about the problem of gnome-same-gnome and JNethack, which could not
display Japanese properly.
The popularity contest of Debian JP was held at [7]until Mon Oct 25
00:00:02 JST 1999.
SKK10.56, the newest revision of a Japanese Input method has been
uploaded to master.debian.org. Takao KAWAMURA [8]summarized new
functions of this input method. skk-abbrev mode is one of such
functions, which would preferably be used by those who are familiar
with abbrev.

Discussion on the ML at Debian.or.jp
Kenshi Muto [9]posted the Japanese translation of XML/SGML Howto in
HTML.
The conversion method of the another Japanese input method, esecanna
project has been stated [10]here. This is the project which aims to
create the standard protocol for Japanese input method on non-X
environment. Though we already have IM protocol on X, there's no
standard on console environment. esecanna uses canna protocol which
handles the communication between kana-kanji conversion server and
various utilities. It would be released soon after some bug fixes.
Debian/PC98 current status was [11]posted by Akira YOSHIYAMA. PC98
does not mean PC98 standards but another i386 architecture in Japan.
[12]Intent to Package [13]srgplay. It can play MIDI files in the RCP
format.
ALSA install memo was posted [14]here.
