Hi. I just finished to update the translation into Janapese
of your maint-guide 0.99.

The web page lmaint-guide-ja.html shows your name as the maintainer,
but the bug report page 55421.html said the maintainer is unknown.
I did not consider that difference seriously, but something was wrong
on that page.

I just finished the update, and will commit now. So you can checkout
the latest translation to build maint-guide-ja 0.99 :)
