一通り読んでみました。
(個人的な嗜好が多分に入りますが) 気づいたところを下記します。

かけはなれています。Debian Project への Joel の偉大な献身は・・・(以下同じ)

＃ ２文目は、"the" project となっているので、Debian を明示していますね。
＃ 原訳では、"his project" と誤解されるような気がします。

＃ あと全文に渡って、"彼"と訳されている箇所は、すべて "Joel" にした方が
＃ 良いのではないでしょうか (個人的な好みですが)
