お疲れさまです。例によってざっと見てみました。当時は8月になっても
potatoがリリースされないとは思いもしなかったでしょう。(^_^;)

意味が変わらないようでしたら、

「毎年別の国へ移って行なわれる」→「毎年各国で開催される」

でどうでしょう。
