ここの involving は「含めた」というより「関連する」のほうがいいような。

「perl 5.6 と dpkg 1.7.0 に関連するちょっと仕上げの足りない
アップグレードパッケージも今週の unstable を直撃しました。」

とか、いかがでしょう ?

「いつでも」ってのはどこから来てますか ?

あと any file を「すべてのファイル」と訳しているのがちょっと
気になりますが、これはこのままでもいいかな。
