DDTS の FAQ に次のような記述があります (拙訳添付)。

|   英語の部分だけを翻訳し、外国語の部分はそのまま、オリジナルの

上記の通り対応頂ければ OK かと。

ポリシーマニュアル (5.7 項)、メンテナ入門 (4.1項) を読む限りでは、
英語でなければならぬ、とは書いてありませんね。
