ユーザ名とパスワードという併記されるものの双方で，「利用し」と「として」
と表現が異なるので合わせてみました．案↓
anonymous FTP (匿名 FTP) では，
ユーザ名を \"anonymous\" とし、パスワードをメールアドレスとして，
ユーザはサーバにログインできます．
上の案の2行目は
ユーザ名は \"anonymous\" 、パスワードはメールアドレスで，
でもいいかもしれません．

パッケージのインストール途中で聞かれるとするならば，下の訳案のほう
が良さそうな気がしますが，あまり主張しません．

僕にはこちらのほうが分かりやすいので，語順を変更しました．また，
secure place が未訳ですね．かつ，msgstr 直後に " がありません．
これを許可した場合、アップロードされたファイル用に
${homedir}/pub/incoming (FTP サイトでは /pub/incoming) というディレク
トリが作成され，セキュアな場所が確保されます。
