Leave empty this to get email within the whole grace period. かしら．
ソフトリミットを超えたユーザに対して，超過した旨の警告 mail が飛ぶのですよね．

猶予期間 (grace period) 終了時までにユーザに送られた警告のメールは
管理者にも Cc されます．猶予期間の全期間で管理者にも Cc させたければ，
この欄は空白にしておいてください．1 week とか 1 day などの時間間隔を
設定すると，その間隔で管理者に Cc されます．ということを言いたいのでは．

"猶予期間 (grace period) 終了までに送られた全メールは管理者にも Cc されます。"
"猶予期間の全期間でメールを受けとるならこの欄は空のままにしておいてください。"


僕の quota の知識は
