win32-loader po 訳

　やまねです。

　win32-loader の po を訳してみました。
　幾分不明な点があるので、そのあたりを重点的にレビューください。
　
　・Debian-Installer Loader　の loader は起動ツールとしました。
　　ローダだと（対象となりそうな層が理解するには）わかりづらいので

　・Debconf preseed line　の line とは？
　　url とかじゃない？

　・"%dkB (%d%%) of %dkB at %d.%01dkB/s"
　　日本語だと順序が変わるので、%1$d などにしてもらう必要がある？
