ええ、悩んだところです。
Homepage: は訳さないというルールなので。
個人的にもUpstream URL:の方が良い様には思います。
直し始めると他のパッケージを含め、影響が大きいかなと思い、
レビューでは修正しませんでした。
正規表現マッチできたほうが便利ですかね？
Homepage:行のように他システムから使っているケースがあるかご存知でしょう
か？
