こっちはruby作者の松本さんの許可はもらってるのでいいですが、

は気付きませんでしたね。
たぶんrubyのドキュメントを変えていただいたほうがいいでしょう。

.rpmとかFreeBSD版のrubyバイナリはすでにCDROMになってたと思うけど、
あちらのライセンス条項より、Debianのほうが厳しいのかな？
