  どれからでもいいのですが，dpkg には強制インストールのオプションがあ
るので，それを使って問題を回避して下さい．

  おそらく，--force-depends 辺りで逃げる事が出来る筈です．
  とりあえずこれで libc5, dpkg をインストールして，libc5 を最新にして
から libc6 をインストールすると良いのではないでしょうか．
