[debian-users:03400] cannot use Mule on X11(hamm)

北目です。

hamm環境のマシンで、muleをX上で立ち上げようとすると

Warning: Actions not found: iconify_action
Warning: Actions not found: iconify_action
Warning: Actions not found: iconify_action
Fatal error (11).Segmentationfault (core dumped)

となってmuleが即死んじゃいます。
-nw では動きます。

環境は
mule_2.3-19.34b-13.deb
mule-el_2.3-19.34b-13.deb
XFree86-3.3.1
です。

いろんなマシン(といっても２台ですが)で試してみましたが、結果は同じでした。
Debian自体を再インストールしても同じでした。
