[debian-users:06157] can't configure w3-el, lookup-el

以前に dselect に必要なファイルが壊れた件でお世話になりました。

聞いてばかりで恐縮なのですが、ここしばらくずっと困っていることがあるので
質問させていただきます。

lookup-el や w3-el を、dpkg --pending --configure すると、

dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of lookup-el:
 lookup-el depends on emacs19 | emacs20 | xemacs20; however:
  Package emacs19 is not installed.
  Package emacs20 is not installed.
  Package xemacs20 is not installed.
dpkg: error processing lookup-el (--configure):
 dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of w3-el:
 w3-el depends on emacs20 (>= 20.1) | xemacs20 (>= 20.3); however:
  Package emacs20 is not installed.
  Package xemacs20 is not installed.
dpkg: error processing w3-el (--configure):
 dependency problems - leaving unconfigured

というエラーにより設定できないのですが、dselect で見ると、

 *** Opt editors  xemacs20-bin 20.4-5      20.4-5      Editor and kitchen 
 *** Opt editors  xemacs20-mul 20.4-5      20.4-5      Editor and kitchen 
 *** Opt editors  xemacs20-sup 20.4-5      20.4-5      Editor and kitchen
 *** Opt editors  xemacs20-sup 20.4-5      20.4-5      Editor and kitchen

このようにインストールされていますし、実際このメールは xemacs で書いてい
ます。なぜ設定できないのでしょうか？
