取り敢えず、おおのさんのご指摘にお返事したいと思いますので、
当面 debian-users ML を使用したいと思います。

現在、存在するマシンは、LinuxとWin95の２台だけです。

また、この時pingをかけたコンソールでは、次のように表示されていました。

この後、続けてWin95からpingすると・・・

Request time out が４回表示され終了。

本日、販売店でハードウェアーのチェックをしました。
Ｔケーブル、ＨＵＢ、NIC（Linux側、Win95側）全て正常でした。
（既に動いているWindow95マシンを使用してチェック）
また、NICはPCIスロットの内、上（１番）に近いところに挿さないと
正常に動作しないことがあるそうで、いくつかパターンを変えて
差し替えてみましたが、変化なしです。
NICの隣の隣がSCSIです。
NICのドライバーも何度か入れ直しました（Linux側、Win95側両方とも）
が、同じです。
もしかして、メインボードですかね？
それとも、Win95（FM-V Deskpower）とNIC（NE2000互換）の相性
の問題でしょうか？（来週、富士通のサポートに聞いてみます）
