Programをうけとる人には等しく ソースをうけとる権利があるはずなので
結局 「最後にひきわたしてから」3年 保持しておかないといけないんだと
思うんですが…

この場合は GPL の

「ソースと一緒に配布」しているので残しておく必要はないという
結論だったはずです。
