　Hamm に付属の kernel-header パッケージもいるのかもしれません。
　私はよく分からなかったので、Hamm 付属の kernel-header も kernel-source
もインストールしてから再構築したらうまくできました。

> %make-kpkg --revision CUSTOM.1.0 kernel_image

　これって、

    make-kpkg --revision=CUSTOM.1.0 kernel_image

こうじゃないとまずいと思います。

> %make-kpkg clean
> %make-kpkg --revision CUSTOM.1.0 kernel_image

　ここも、--revision=CUSTOM〜 ですね。

　これは、メッセージの通り、as86 コマンドが見つからないんです。dselect で
as で検索して、それらしきパッケージをインストールしてみましょう。
