I removed ngraph from potato-jp.
However, ngraph.deb is only installer, so I'm wondering what is 
copyright problem about it. Would you please give us more detail 
explanation?

copyrighe problem.  I have contacted the upstream author (Ishizaka-san).

I considered that the best way is to remove it as a debian-package.

Please remove it.
