Hello kmuto,
apt-mirrorfind is a good tool for searching debian archive.
Running "man apt-mirrorfind" create no good output like following lines.
---
OPTIONS
-p Choice protocol (ftp or http). default:both -d
Choice domain (Ex. ".jp"). default:all -n Use non-
free. default:not use -u Choice non-US. default:not
use -j Choice Debian-JP. default:not use -t Choice
release type (Ex. stable, unstable, frozen).
default:stable -l Choice hostlist.dat
default:/usr/lib/apt-mirrorfind/hostlist.dat -g Dry

I hope to see any options in left hand.
I use "jgroff 0.100-2.1" for processing roff document to text.
