DNSが逆引きに対してprimary serverとして設定されてないのが原因でしょう。
/var/named/boot.optionsで
primary 168.192.in-addr.arpa    named.rev-good-job
とかして、
/var/named/named.rev-good-job
で逆引きにのデータを記述する必要があります。

どっちにしろ、bindに関する資料を読んで仕組みを理解した方が良いと思いま
す。資料を読んだ後で分らないことを質問するほうが効率がいいですよ。
