[debian-users:20670] deleted man-db on potato

何げに apt-get dist-upgrade しましたら、man-db が消されちゃいました。
慌てて以下のようにした所、

これはパッケージが修正されるまで指をくわえて待ってなければならないの
でしょうか?(T^T)

で、こういう現象を事前に察知して回避するにはどうすれば良いのでしょう
か?
