これ(netscape-base-ja-4_2.1)がマズイ。
で、暫定的なものですが、
deb http://northeye.org/tmp/netscape4 ./
にある
netscape-base-ja-4_2.1.1
netscape-ja-resource-472_0.3
とか使うとどうですかね。
