 内蔵の NIC を使う話のようなので 直接は関係ないでしょうが、お使いの
 kernel に対応する pcmcia-modules がインストールされてないように見受け
られますね。pcmcia はいっさい使えない状態ですね。

 手動で kernel モジュールをロードしてみることはしたんでしょうか?

 # modprobe -a tulip

 んー 通常ここで pcnet_cs を指定するってのは ないと思います。
(これも直接問題とは関係しませんが)
