wv-libconfigについては斎藤さんがすでに言及されているので肝心のWordファ
イルのほうですが、

「wvが古い」という結論になりました。最新リリースバージョンのwv-0.6.5で
やってみたところ、うまく変換できてる気がします。Namazuの日本語検索でも
ちゃんとヒットしてるぎみ(wv-libconfigも必要なし？)。

http://www.debian.or.jp/~kmuto/wv_0.6.5-1_i386.deb として quick hack
で作った deb を置いておきます。
