はご覧になりましたか？

とのことですので、最新のドライバーは http://www.scyld.com/network/cb_shim.c
を必要とし、/etc/pcmcia/config (or /etc/pcmcia/config.opts) に

    module "cb_enabler", "pci-scan", "cb_shim", "rtl8139"

という記述が必要なようです。
