 読んで字のごとくのことしか発生してません。

 テストモードで実行したらエラーが出たので手動で修正せよ。

 で、ログ見ると、

 Warning なので、正確にはエラーではありません。
 おっしゃってる通り /dev/hda のブートローダから /dev/hdb1
を kick するように「正しく設定にしているのであれば」、
この Warning は気にしなくてかまわないはずです。

ということで 手動で lilo を実行し直して、reboot すれば
OK だと思われますが ダメですか?
