上記URLでAlan Cox氏が以下のようなことを言ってますね。

It has never been supported. There is just an LSI binary only
driver for a few kernels. 

なのでソースはないのかも。
しかしArjan van de Ven 氏が以下のようなことも言っているなぁ。

MegaIDE is *very* much software raid. They just keep the drivers binary
only so that you can't see that. Once I get my hands on megaIDE hardware
I'll write a GPL driver for it...
